Becoming a professional organizer was not something that I expected. As a young man working in a public service position, I updated departmental policies and procedures as part of my job. I found that I enjoyed the task and was often called on to create systems to improve the efficiency of our work.
Later I left the position and ultimately started a small home services business. That small company grew to two retail locations and multiple services and installation teams. We sold the company in 2016, and it is a point of pride for me that the company still operates today.
It took many years of hard work, trial and error, and failures to organize all the systems required to operate the business successfully. I took every opportunity to learn about LEAN practices and implementing continuous improvement plans during those years.
Over time I realized that all the tasks I enjoyed (and excelled at) had one common thread. They required both organizational skills and interpersonal communication skills to make things work.
I have a passion for organization. I love to take something that seems chaotic and help put it in order. I want to share the skills to help you get organized and develop a plan to maintain the improvements that you have achieved.
You can feel comfortable that I understand how overwhelming it can feel to look at what appears chaotic and not see a path to fix it. I have personally been there many times.
I hope you will take advantage of the free consultation that I always offer, and we can discuss your goals for improving your life in what is always a judgment-free and confidential discussion. I’m confident that we can find the path to get your business or home to the desired outcome that you see in your mind’s eye.
